Patient Update
Posted on 2011-04-21 17:44:59
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to stop in real quick to let you know about one of our patients who is seeing some great results. The patient has been suffering from low back pain, and I noticed that his hamstrings were extremely tight. After three treatments on the hamstrings, the patient has seen dramatic increases in flexibility and is experiencing less tension. With these benifits, the patient also noticed that the low back pain is diminishing significantly as well.
Tight hamstrings can cause chronic low back pain. With Active Release Techniques (ART), along with specialized exercise, we can address chronic, tight, and fibrotic muscle tissue.
Hope to see you soon,

Want More Energy
Posted on 2011-04-05 09:51:56
Hello everyone,
Are you suffering from low energy levels? Are you having trouble waking up in the morning? Do you rely on caffeine or other stimulants to get yourself going everyday? If so, this could be because of a hormone imbalance, or cnandida infection. If you are overweight, and can't seem to lose it and keep it off, this could also be due to hormone and candida issues.
At my office, we can treat and address these problems. We offer medically supervised detailed programs to help turn your life around. If you feel like you could benefit from more energy, or need to lose anywhere from a couple pounds up to a hundred pounds, we can help. To figure out what we, specifically, need to do for you, we just need you to come into our office and fill out a symptom assesment form.
Once you have taken the assesment we can schedule you for a consultation to see what it is that we need to do to help you. I guarentee that you will see results, and remember what it feels like to be full of energy, without aches, or to be healthy again!
Hope to see you soon,
Dr. Bridgeman
Helping former All-American linebacker Adam Bighill
Posted on 2011-04-05 08:31:29
Hey there everyone,
Sorry if you missed me on Friday (April 1), I was at Eastern Washington University to help Adam Bighill at his NFL pro day. For anyone who doesn’t know what a pro day entails, it is where NFL and CFL scouts come to watch certain collegiate football stars perform a wide array of tests to display their speed, agility, strength and football skill. There were about 6 other players, mostly from Eastern Washington University doing the tests as well. I am excited to say that Adam, and everyone would agree, was the standout of the day. His size, speed, strength and athleticism couldn’t me matched by anybody there. Before Adam attempted his 225 lb bench press for reps test, I went through and cleared out his left shoulder (previously injured and causing pain) with Active Release Techniques (ART) and helped him break his own personal record on the bench. He completed 24 repetitions at 225 lbs on the bench press, his previous best was 21. For him, the day was day was a huge success, and all three professional scouts (Seahawks, Colts, B.C. Lions) all took notice and made sure they spoke with him before he left. I was so happy for him, and so happy that I could help him achieve things that he has never done before on such a special day. Not only that, Adam was the only one there who had a personal Doctor at his disposal, and I am honored and proud that I had the opportunity to help. I hope you understand the importance of my absence last Friday, and if you know Adam, I hope you are as proud of him as I am.
If anyone is interested in what Artificial Release Techniques (ART) are, I will give you a quick rundown. ART is the gold standard for treating soft-tissue injuries. Soft-tissues that ART focuses on include: Muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. There is literally a treatment protocol for every specific muscle, tendon, and ligament in the body. When would ART be useful you may ask? Do you, or have you ever experienced: stiffness in the neck, TMJ issues, pain and lack of range of motion in your shoulder, back injuries of any kind, tight glutes, clicking and popping hips, torn or strained hamstrings/quads, knee injuries of any kind, shin splints, ankle sprains, or plantar fasciitis? These are only a few examples of issues that can be treated with ART, and trust me, there are many more. Even if you have had one of these injuries and you think it has healed, there is still scar tissue built up over that area that may cause this injury to happen again, or happen frequently. With ART, these issues, whether they are chronic or acute, can be improved significantly, and you should experience relief and the benefits immediately after treatment. Just a piece of advice, if you, or someone you know, has a sudden injury to their soft tissue, the quicker it is treated, the quicker and easier it will heal. Injuries that are 15 years old are not unfixable, but they do take more time than someone who has a fresh injury. I hope I shed some light on some issues that you or someone you know may be dealing with. I want everyone to know that I can help them, and I am sincere in saying I want to help change your life for the best!
Until next time, take care and hope to see you soon,

Weight Loss
Posted on 2011-03-24 09:56:11
I just returned this week from Salt Lake City, Utah, where I was at a weekend long seminar that was addressing weight loss. Current statistics show that 66% of all adults, and 34% of all children, are overweight. This is an issue that needs to be addressed, and I am excited to say that I want to help make a difference. I started implementing some weight loss programs into my clinic here in the last year, and we have seen great results. However, I want to help more people lose weight and keep it off, and I know there are people that need help!
Weight issues can have huge impacts on physical and mental health. Often I treat patients that are overweight, and they feel good for several days, but they come back to me with reoccurring issues that wont seem to go away. Most of these reoccurring issues are due to excess body weight, and that is why I started implementing weight loss. I want to help people live longer, and healthier lifestyles, who can then pass it on to their children and their whole families. I want to fight this epidemic that has taken over half of the US population.
We have several customizable programs to offer that I will guarantee, 100%, that you will lose weight and see fabulous results. I'm going to say it again because I'm dead serious, if you follow our programs, I guarantee results! We are conducting free weekly weight loss seminars to show you what we have to offer. Whether you want more information, want to lose weight, or know someone that does, bring yourself and your friend to our seminar. You will find that we are here to help you from beginning to end, every step of the way. Call us at 509-925-PAIN if you would like to attend and we will put your name down. I hope everyone who reads this is excited as my staff and I. Can't wait to see you, and for you to decide to change your life.
Until next time, take care!
